How our tools process your data

Every calculator, converter, generator, and file tool on ToolsFlow runs entirely client-side, in your web browser. This means the text you type and the files you upload into a tool (for example, a PDF you're compressing or an image you're resizing) are processed locally on your own device using JavaScript running in your browser. They are not uploaded to, or stored on, any ToolsFlow server.

Information we do collect

We may use standard, privacy-respecting website analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns (for example, which tools are most used, and general geographic and browser data). This data is anonymized/aggregated and is not tied to the content you enter into any tool.

Cookies

ToolsFlow does not use cookies to track you across other websites. Any cookies in use are limited to basic site functionality.

Third-party libraries

Some tools load third-party, open-source JavaScript libraries (for example, for PDF or spreadsheet processing) from public content delivery networks (CDNs) to run in your browser. These libraries execute locally and do not transmit your file contents elsewhere as part of normal tool operation.
